Nick is an attorney whose focus and specialty lie in Estate Planning, Elder Law and Trust and Estate Administration. Nick is also a certified Veteran Affairs attorney and licensed to practice in the State of Maine. Nick joined the firm with a background in Estate Planning and continues to carry that knowledge into his practice here. Nick derived his knowledge from practice and studies at the University of Baltimore School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate in 2020, and his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Vermont in 2015.
Nick is married to his wife, Caitlyn and together they have daughter, Aila! Nick was admitted to the Maine State Bar Association in May 2021 when he joined Hopkinson & Abbondanza. Nick’s focus lies in finding creative solutions to complex estate plans and implementing innovative procedures to meet the diverse needs of his clients. Educating his clients on their options and guiding them through the planning process is his preferred strategy of representation.

Nick is eager to lend his sharp mind and dedication to resolving his client’s estate planning needs. Nick is also very interested in reaching the next generation of young adults to ensure their plan for the future is secure and aiding aiding older generations in planning for retirement.
In his personal life, Nick lives in Gorham with his wife, daughter, and Plott Hound, Moose. Together, they like to spend their weekends exploring and enjoying Maine’s beautiful beaches, forests, mountains, and lakes. Nick keeps his mind and hands active by playing the ukulele, cooking delicious meals, and playing games in his free time.
